Highlights:
- The participants will get a
stipend of $4,000 (paid in increments), room/meal allowance, plus
travel support to present their work at a conference.
- Investigate some of the
challenging issues in home networking.
- Gain hands-on experience by
carrying out projects on a home network test platform.
- Work closely with experienced
research faculty and graduate student mentors.
- Topical lectures to give the
participants in-depth knowledge of home networking technologies.
- Guest lectures given by
visiting scholars on related topics.
- Presentation by a
representative from the MU Graduate School about job market for advanced
degree holders and graduate application procedure.
- Tutorial about how to write
research paper.
- Opportunities to present your
work at the annual Undergraduate Research and Creative Achievements Forum
at MU, the annual Undergraduate Research Day at the State Capitol, as well
as at regional and/or national conferences when appropriate.
