Winners of the AIMA Data Mining Competition |

10/15/2007. A paper, authored by three Dr. Chi-Ren Shyu's doctoral students, Wannapa Mahamaneerat, Jason Green, and Tetsuya Kobayashi, entitled "Domain-Concept Mining on the 2005 Nationwide Inpatient Sample Data" is one of the four winners for the first AMIA data mining competition. They are invited to present their work at the AMIA Annual Symposium in a Panel sponsored by the Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining Working Group and will be recognized by an international panel of judges.
