Hongchi Shi is a professor and director of graduate studies in the Computer Science Department at the University of Missouri–Columbia. Shi’s research has been funded by the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of the Army, the Air Force Research Laboratory, the Missouri Department of Transportation, Lockheed Martin Corp. and the University of Missouri System Research Board. |
